DescriptionUnder general supervision of the Program Director at the UCLA Area Service Center (ASC), California Newborn Screening Program (NBS), the Newborn Screening Program Specialist is a highly skilled health care data specialist interested in health education and outreach with a background in pediatrics and/or maternal child health. The NBS Specialist will provide both data support to ASC operations as well as will participate in direct case management activities and client contact with NBS providers, facilities, pediatricians and families.
