Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons (VP&S) is searching for an outstanding physician-scientist to assume the role of Chief of the Division of Pediatric Clinical Genetics. This is a remarkable opportunity for a nationally distinguished leader with a strong track record of scientific accomplishment and leadership. Dependent upon the candidate’s experience, vision and aspirations, formal opportunities in genetics outside of the Division’s leadership are available.  At a minimum, close coordination with Columbia University’s Precision Medicine initiative, the Precision Genomics Laboratory in Pathology performing genetic testing, Columbia’s Department of Genetics and Development, and the NY Genome Center are anticipated.
