Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 1:00pm-9:30pm.Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise the day to day operations of the Cytogenetics departmentEnsure laboratory tests are accurately performed and results are reported in a timely mannerDirectly supervise, train, and mentor laboratory personnel of the departmentMonitor daily workflow in the lab and schedule adequate assay coverageResponsible for ensuring all shifts in the department are properly staffedResearch and resolve any production errors while escalating when necessaryEngage in continuous process and service level improvements
