Open Rank Faculty - Cytogeneticist
The Department of Pathology at the University of Virginia (UVA) is seeking a full-time open-rank faculty member to support our academic and clinical molecular pathology services. Qualified candidates will have the Ph.D., M.D., and/or D.O as their terminal degree(s), and have ABMGG board certification or board eligibility in Laboratory Genetics and Genomics, or ABMGG board certification in both Clinical Cytogenetics and Clinical Molecular Genetics. Primary clinical responsibilities will be in the UVA Clinical Genomics and Cytogenetics Laboratories and UVA’s NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center. Key responsibilities include: Interpret and report cytogenetic, genomic, and molecular test results, providing accurate and timely diagnoses to support clini
