This role is identified as a leader and shall be responsible to collaborate with Sanford Executive Leadership, Administration and the Department Leadership to develop and coordinate overall strategy for precision medicine at Sanford Health. Collaborate with organization, clinical, and laboratory leaders to develop and strengthen the Imagenetics initiative and clinical genetics to meet the future needs of the organization. Apply knowledge of genetics and genomics to create and sustain a system-level, focus on use of genomic sequencing data, including expansion of the use of genetic and genomic information in clinical practice. Leverage positive influence as a leader within the broader organizational structure. Responsible for establishing medical, strategic, and operational goals, proces
