The Department of Pediatrics, Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University in Augusta, Georgia is actively seeking a board certified/board eligible full-time Clinical Geneticist to join a growing program. Academic rank will be commensurate with experience. Devotion to excellence in clinical care, teaching, and clinical, translational, or basic research will promote the professional goals of the faculty member and needs of patients. Clinical responsibilities will be shared with another pediatric geneticist, and the faculty member will work with genetic counselors and genetics assistants. Clinical supervision and education of pediatric residents, medical students, genetic counseling graduate students who rotate from programs in Georgia and South Carolina, and ancillary staff is included in faculty responsibilities, as well as didactic teaching of medical students at the Medical College of Georgia. Academic rank will be commensurate with experience.

We have a comprehensive group of pediatric medical and surgical subspecialists serving children and families from across Georgia, and we are a key subspecialty referral center for the southeast.
