Responsible to the Laboratory Director to ensure services provided by the department are delivered in a manner consistent with high quality, cost effectiveness, and efficiency and are also consistent with the overall mission of Good Shepherd Medical Center. Is responsible for implementing of departmental programs required for the compliance with laboratory accrediting and regulatory agencies.
Bachelor of Science degree in a chemical, physical, biological, or clinical science or medical labratory technology from an accredited institution
Three (3) to five (5) years in high complexity testing laboratory in an acute care hospital setting. Must have knowledge of accrediting and regulatory agency standards.
