The USC Genetic Aortic and Related Disorder Center at the University of Southern California/Keck Medical Center in Los Angeles seeks a full time genetics counselor to staff its multidisciplinary clinic for connective tissue disorders and aortopathies. Applicants should be qualified to perform risk analysis, recommend and coordinate appropriate genetic testing, help with interpretation of genetic results, and assist with medical surveillance under the supervision of a medical geneticist. An interest and experience in clinical program development and outreach is desirable. Strong communication, organizational, and people skills are a must, as is the ability to work independently.
