Dayton Children’s is a 155 bed referral center, drawing patients from a 20-county area in Southwestern Ohio and Eastern Indiana. The Wright State University Department of Pediatrics and its residency program is based at Dayton Children’s. There are residents in pediatrics, medicine/pediatrics, general surgery, orthopedics and others in training at Dayton Children’s Within this academic setting, and all medical specialties are represented.Children’s Mercy Hospitals & Clinics is a free-standing, independent pediatric clinical, academic and research medical center with two hospitals which are located in Kansas City, MO, and Overland Park, KS. Clinical services include more than 40 pediatric subspecialties. Our patient population draws from 150 counties in Missouri and Kansas, and from adjoining states. A new patient tower will increase our capacity to nearly 400 licensed beds. We continue to expand our institutional research capacity and capabilities through our work with colleagues at UMKC, University of Kansas and the Stower’s Institute. Our Pediatric Pharmacology Clinical and Research program with Human Genome Center is one of the nations largestMarine Corps Community Services, Camp Lejeune is a service organization. Our mission is to promote the readiness and retention of Marines and their families by delivering programs, products and services of value to the Camp Lejeune community and to do so in a manner that makes a positive difference in the lives of the people our organization exists to serve.
